Situated off Piccadilly Gardens in the heart of Manchester city centre, Piccadilly Plaza tower comprises a mix of retail and office units.

The £2-million glazing package was part of a refurbishment project to transform the building with a stunning new look. Solaglas Structural Contracting provided silicone sealed channel glazing for the retail facades, oriel pod glazing down the length of the tower on two elevations, internal bolted glass screens for the reception area. For the entrance and reception areas, Structural Contracting also provided bolted glass assemblies containing Geze auto-sliding doors, black glass cladding for aesthetic impact and terracotta cladding around the glazing. Solaglas Contracting North provided 300m of feature curtain walling for the first floor podium level.
