Wigan’s ‘Grand Arcade’, a shopping complex built by Shepherd Construction, features a glass roof and stunning glass entrance installed by the Solaglas Contracting North team.

Situated in the heart of Wigan, the new shopping centre is home to a range of major stores including Marks & Spencer, Debenhams and TKMaxx. Solaglas completed the £1.2 - million glazing project for the Centre using Technal’s MC curtain walling, FXi windows and CD doors, and SGG LITE-WALL structural glazing. A variety of glass was specified, including low-e, fire resistant and ceramic coated glass for non-vision panels.
