The Ricoh Arena cost  £113 million to build and houses a state of the art sports stadium, luxury office accommodation, conference facilities, exhibition hall, pitch side hotel, health club, casino, bars and restaurants.  Designed by The Miller Partnership, the contract was won by Laing O'Rourke Contractors.

Curtain walling was installed by Solaglas to external elevations of the Arena. The stadiums match control room was glazed using 6mm toughened clear glass. Within the hotel, sliding doors and screens with toughened glass were installed into every bedroom and hospitality suite overlooking the pitch.
