Solaglas Contracting partners with a range of aluminium and composite system suppliers in order to deliver the most appropriate solution for every project:

External façades may incorporate bolted glass, structural glass assemblies, curtain walling, windows, canopies, framed and frameless ground floor treatments and doors. Supporting steelwork, rainscreen cladding and brise soleil can be supplied as part of a wider-project.

Internal glazing may include partitions, balustrades, fire-rated screens and doors, decorative glass panels, stairs, floors, lift-shafts and roof-lights.

Aluminium

As the largest aluminium fabricator in the UK, Solaglas Contracting operates four aluminium fabrication facilities using CNC machinery and the latest software packages for accuracy, speed and high volume. Continual investment in training and equipment ensures the capacity to fabricate a wide variety of systems and specifications to high quality standards. Composite System

The composite façade and window framing system combines durable aluminium externally with the soft aesthetics of certified PECE engineered timber internally. The system is fully-bespoke and can be used for non-standard sizes. Currently, the range comprises fixed, tilt and turn, casement and over swing windows, doors and curtain-wall. Glass

Solaglas Contracting has access to the wide range of Saint-Gobain Glass products through the extensive Solaglas network and will supply and install glass to suit the building specification and demands. Quality

All products and suppliers are regularly assessed and audited for quality and reliability. Each site is ISO 9001:2000  accredited and utilises an internal Quality Management System. New suppliers are subject to a formal Vendor Assessment process.
